Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
We are extremely accommodating to our valued customers. If rescheduling is necessary, we will gladly move you to any other class we offer ONLY if you call and let us know in advance. (72 Hours) (NO Exceptions)
If you don't call and miss a class, you will be required to book a new class and pay the full registration fee.
If you wish to cancel a class, we require (72) hours' notice.
Our Personal Guarantee
We guarantee you will pass. If you fail your test after taking our class, we will allow you to come back for free within 6 months of your first-class date. (One time)
NOTE: State exams are only conducted in English.
If you give away or lose your workbook that we give free in our classes, you will not be issued a new one. NEW ONE COSTS $275.00.
It is your responsibility to test ASAP for the best possible outcomes. Those students that fail to schedule a test will not be allowed back in free.

Remember: We just did our job. Applying in a timely manner, studying, keeping track of your book and passing is y our job.

Frequently Asked Questions About Hoisting License Class Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, contact Massachusetts Hoisting License as soon as possible. If you don’t call and miss class, you will be required to book a new class and pay the registration fee. Advance notice helps us better accommodate rescheduling requests and allows us to help place you into another upcoming class that fits your schedule.
We encourage students to contact us immediately if they know they cannot attend a scheduled class. The earlier you notify us, the easier it is to coordinate available openings in future classes and avoid scheduling conflicts.
Yes. We understand that many students work in construction, public works, utilities, and other industries where schedules can change quickly due to weather, emergency projects, overtime, or jobsite demands. We do our best to work with students experiencing unexpected scheduling issues.
In many cases, yes. Depending on class availability, students may be able to move their registration to another Massachusetts Hoisting License training location or future class date that better fits their needs.
